KYODAI JDM | RETURN & REFUND POLICY // 返品・返金に関する規定

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL // 返品不可 At KYODAI JDM, we operate with absolute transparency. To maintain the integrity of our inventory and the speed of our logistics operations, we do not accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges. Once an item is dispatched from our terminal, the sale is considered complete.

2. THE "GOLD STANDARD" GUARANTEE We do not use stock photos. Every listing features high-resolution images of the actual item in our inventory. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have inspected these photos and accept the item in its "as-is" condition.

3. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY (PRECISE DECISIONS) Fitment is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We provide chassis-specific data (EF, EG, EK // EF型, EG型, EK型) as a courtesy.

  • Failure to verify compatibility with your vehicle does not constitute a reason for a return.

  • We demand a Precise Decision before you commit to a purchase.

4. SHIPPING DAMAGES We pack every "haul" with maximum protection. However, KYODAI JDM is not liable for damages caused by the carrier during transit. If your item arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with the shipping provider (UPS/FedEx/USPS).

5. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations can only be requested within 1 hour of purchase, provided the item has not yet been processed for dispatch. Once a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be canceled.
