KYODAI JDM | TERMS OF SERVICE // サービス利用規約

1. TERMINAL OPERATIONS & INVENTORY All items listed at KYODAI JDM are physically held at our terminal. Under our "Gold Standard" protocol, the images provided are of the actual item you will receive. We do not use "stock photos" for performance-critical hardware. What is pictured is exactly what will be dispatched.

2. ALL SALES FINAL // 返品不可 KYODAI JDM operates as a specialized performance depot. Due to the high-turnover and technical nature of our inventory:

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

• Once an order has been dispatched from our terminal, the transaction is considered closed.

• We demand Precise Decisions; it is the buyer’s absolute responsibility to verify fitment before purchase.

3. FITMENT & TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITY We provide bilingual chassis-specific data (e.g., EF, EG, EK Chassis // EF型, EG型, EK型) for guidance only.

• Professional installation is REQUIRED for all components.

• KYODAI JDM is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or "forced fitment" on non-specified vehicles.

4. SHIPPING & DISPATCH Orders are processed through our systematic terminal queue. KYODAI JDM is not responsible for carrier delays or logistics errors once the package has left our facility. Any claims for items damaged in transit must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

5. AGREEMENT OF TERMS By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges they have inspected the high-resolution photos, read the technical description, and verified vehicle compatibility. You agree to these terms in full upon checkout.
